Hello all,

I hope you and your families are as well as can be under the current circumstances. As you know, we are in the midst of an unprecedented situation due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and all the restrictions placed upon all of us at this time. Understandably, this uncertainty is causing a huge amount of anxiety, stress and fear. 

As we are being asked to ‘socially distance’ ourselves from each other and ‘self-isolate’, I am offering ‘online’ Coaching & Therapy instead of my regular ‘face to face’ sessions.  This will enable me to continue to help you get through these challenging times. If you are feeling anxious right now, this is a good time to take charge of your well-being and to find positive ways to overcome any of your concerns.  We can do this effectively using WhatsApp video, FaceTime or Skype. I have used this method during the past few weeks and it is working very well.
